The greatest way to start off the day is to get outside and get some nature in the early morning. Last tuesday, I got the chance to do exactly that. As I still feel kind of new and unfamiliar with the city of Oslo, I decided to visit a small lookout where I could calibrate my mental map of the city. Vettakollen is a small hill located in between the city center of Oslo and the Holmenkollen Ski Arena, making its location perfect for an overlook of Oslos various destinations. You can access Vettakollen easily by taking the tube to Vettakollen station and walking a short 1,5 km hike up the hill.
